Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026Falah.pro sells custom, business-to-business services. Every engagement is a bespoke plan built around the current state of your business, so refunds work differently than for off-the-shelf products.
Before work begins
If you cancel after accepting a proposal but before we begin work, any deposit is refunded in full, minus payment processing fees where applicable.
Once work is underway
Custom work consumes real hours the moment it starts. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date at the rates in your proposal; any remainder of prepaid amounts is refunded. Completed and delivered milestones are not refundable.
Monthly services
Ongoing services such as ads management, AI upkeep, or growth partnership are billed per period. You may cancel any time before the next billing date. Amounts already billed for a period in progress are not refunded, and services continue until that period ends.
If we fail to deliver
If we do not deliver what your proposal promised, tell us. We will first make it right at our own cost. If we cannot, you receive a refund proportional to the undelivered scope. That is the accountable-partner part of the deal.
Third-party costs
Ad spend paid to Google or Meta, domain and hosting fees, and other third-party costs are paid to those providers and are outside our refund control.
How to request a refund
Email Shan@Falah.pro with your project name and the reason. You will get a personal reply, not a ticket number.
