Business-to-business connector

Falah is a specialist business-to-business connector. We introduce companies to vetted counterparties who are actively looking to work with them, in industries where the two sides both benefit from the meeting but cannot find each other on their own.

What a business-to-business connector actually does

A business-to-business connector sits between two companies who both want to meet and cannot find each other efficiently. The work is not lead generation. It is sourcing, screening, verifying, and warm-introducing individuals who are already open to the conversation.

Falah’s process is the same in every engagement, regardless of industry:

Connector, not broker, not lead-gen agency

Business-to-business connector
Warm introductions between two named parties. Paid per delivered introduction. Steps back after the intro. Zero share of any transaction that follows.
B2B broker
Sits inside the transaction. Paid a percentage of what closes between the two sides. Continues to intermediate throughout the deal.
Lead-generation agency
Delivers rows of contact data. No verification of willingness. Paid per lead or per meeting booked. Client does all the qualification.
Falah
Business-to-business connector. Verified, warm, willingness-confirmed introductions. Paid per introduction, in advance. No transaction share.

How the engagement runs

Scope agreed in writing

Before any work begins, we agree in writing which side of the market we are working, how many introductions Falah will deliver, the delivery window, and the fee. The fee is set per engagement based on the difficulty of sourcing in that market.

Payment up front

The connector’s work is done before the introductions are made. Sourcing, screening, and confirmation happen before any name reaches the client. Payment is therefore due in advance. The delivery window begins the day cleared funds arrive.

Delivery inside the agreed window

Introductions are delivered by email, with both parties present on the thread, one at a time as they are confirmed. If Falah does not deliver the agreed number of valid introductions inside the window, the full fee is refunded on request. No deductions.

Ongoing relationship stays yours

Once the introduction is made, the relationship belongs to the two parties. Falah does not follow the transaction, does not represent either side, and does not receive a share of what closes.

Industries covered by our connector engagements

Falah publishes seven active playbooks with the full step-by-step of how the connector engagement runs in each:

When to hire a business-to-business connector

Hire a connector when you know exactly who your ideal counterparty is, you have the offer ready, and the bottleneck is reaching those counterparties efficiently. Do not hire a connector when the offer is not yet clear, when you cannot articulate who you want to meet, or when you need someone to close the deal for you.
