Business-to-business introduction company

Falah is a business-to-business introduction company. We deliver vetted, warm introductions between companies who need each other and cannot find each other efficiently. Every introduction is confirmed with the counterparty before it is sent. The engagement is scoped, paid, and delivered inside a defined window.

What a business-to-business introduction company does

A business-to-business introduction company does the work of finding the right counterparty for a client and delivering a warm connection. Unlike a data-provider or lead-generation firm, an introduction company confirms that each counterparty is genuinely open to being introduced before making the connection.

Falah’s introduction process

1. Written scope

We agree in writing which side of the market we are working, the criteria for a qualified counterparty, the number of introductions Falah will deliver, the delivery window, and the fee. No engagement begins without a signed scope.

2. Payment received

Payment is made in full before delivery begins. Falah’s work happens before the introduction, which is why the fee is paid up front rather than on close.

3. Research and screening

We build a candidate list from structured sources, filter to the client’s criteria, and confirm each candidate is real, reachable, and a genuine fit for the engagement.

4. Willingness confirmed

We reach the counterparty directly. We explain the client, we answer their first questions, and we confirm they are open to being introduced. Nothing is delivered as an introduction until this step is complete.

5. Warm introduction

The introduction is made by email, with both named parties on the thread, and a short brief so both sides start the conversation with context.

6. Replacement of any invalid introduction

If a delivered introduction turns out to be invalid, we replace it at no additional cost. This is the client’s standing remedy for the life of the engagement.

What makes an introduction “valid”

Every Falah engagement uses the same definition of a valid introduction:

What is not included

A business-to-business introduction company does not close the deal that follows. We do not negotiate on the client’s behalf, we do not receive a share of any transaction, and we do not represent either side in the business that comes after the introduction. See our standard introduction agreement for the full framing.

Refund policy

If Falah does not deliver the agreed number of valid introductions inside the delivery window, and no extension has been agreed in writing, we refund the full fee on request. No questions, no deductions. This is the client’s only refund trigger, and it is a clean one.
