Commercial solar

We introduce commercial buildings with heavy power bills to the solar engineering companies that can build on them. The building never pays.

How the market works
Who needs it

Warehouses, factories, cold storage, stores and office buildings whose own energy reports show high electricity use.

Who serves them

Commercial solar engineering and installation firms with large rooftop projects and utility interconnection behind them.

Many cities require large buildings to report their energy use every year, and publish it. That tells us which buildings carry the biggest power bills before anyone has pitched them.

A solar company that wins one of these roofs gets a multi-megawatt project. A building owner wants an engineer who has done a building like theirs, not a residential installer, and we check that on the public record before we introduce anyone.
