Falah (“we”, “us”) operates falah.pro and provides business business connection services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

If you email us, book a call, or become a partner, we hold the details you give us — your name, business, email, phone, and anything you share about your offer. When you visit the site we may log basic anonymised technical data (browser, device, referring URL) for security and traffic understanding. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

To respond to you, deliver the service you’ve engaged us for, and keep records of the introductions we’ve made. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Third parties

We use a small number of standard tools to run the business — email hosting, calendar, invoicing, and hosting. Each of those tools sees only the data it needs to do its job.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to shan@falah.pro and we’ll action it within seven working days.
