Markets

Fifteen markets.

Each run the same way: both sides found, both confirmed, one introduction, one fixed fee.

Pharmacy supply

We introduce independent pharmacies and dispensing clinics to licensed backup wholesalers the day their primary wholesaler shorts them. Pharmacies pay $2,350 for two to three vetted sources. Wholesalers pay $12,000 for six to nine qualified pharmacy opportunities.

School internet and Wi-Fi (E-Rate)

We put schools that have posted a request in front of the network, cabling and Wi-Fi companies that have done that exact work nearby, before the school’s signing date. The company pays a fixed fee. The school never pays.

Gyms

We introduce gyms that are about to open to the equipment dealers who supply the room, at a price well under a new-equipment quote.

Landscaping crews

We introduce landscaping companies that need crews to the filing firms that bring them in, and charge each side a fixed fee for the introduction.

Roofing

We introduce newly licensed roofers to the firms that bring roofers customers, and roofers with a live crew requirement to the staffing and H-2B firms that fill it.

Wealth management and founder exits

We work in wealth management. Using our own methods we build links with high-net-worth individuals, then charge the wealth management firm a fixed fee for the introduction to that individual.

Short-term rentals

We introduce short-term rental hosts to the cleaning and management companies that keep their calendar turning, for a fixed fee per introduction.

Cannabis testing

We introduce licensed farms and makers to the labs that test their batches. The farm pays $8,000 per introduction. The lab pays nothing.

Trucking

We introduce brand-new motor carriers to the factoring companies, insurance agencies and load-finding firms that get them on the road and paid.

Concrete and bonding

We introduce concrete contractors that are growing to the bond agents who raise their limit, and charge each side a fixed fee for the introduction.

Commercial production

We introduce brands that are about to launch to the production companies that make their first film.

Beauty

We introduce newly formed beauty brands to the manufacturers that make their product, and charge each side a fixed fee for the introduction.

Food safety

We introduce food makers that are about to need testing, audits or certification to the labs and certifiers that want exactly that customer.

Import and distribution

We introduce foreign food and beverage brands that want to enter the US to the importers and distributors that can put them on shelves.

Daycare

We introduce newly opened daycares to the food vendors that deliver to their area, and charge each side a fixed fee for the introduction.

PlaybooksEarlier markets

Seven earlier playbooks (freight brokerage, commercial solar, AI implementation, small-business acquisition, manufacturing sourcing, construction bonding, off-market real estate) are on the playbooks page.
